The Sun Sculpture is a group of stone which tries to install a connection between the open space, with air, water and sun on one side and the earth on the other side.
The human being, who passes this sculpture will be confronted with this contrast.
He experiences the panoramic wideness in the open space in opposite with the closed slope. The Sun Sculpture intensifies this opposition, makes it conscious, because she is directed to the open space but in the mean time is covered by the mountain.
The sculpture is disposed to condense the cosmic forces, to pass them on the human being and the earth. The axles of the composition are directed to the sunrises through the different seasons.
Der Mensch der an diese Skulpturengruppe vorbeigeht wird mit dieser Gegensatz konfrontiert . Auf der eine Seite erlebt er die Panoramische Aussicht, auf der anderen seite der bewaldete geschlossene Hang. Die Sonnenskulptur macht ihm dieser Gegensatz stärkstes bewußt, weil sie sich den offenen Raum zuwendet, gleichzeitig aber von hinten eine Deckung Findet.
Die Skulpturen sind so aufgestellt das sie das kosmische zu verdichten versuchen um es an der Erde und den vorbeigehenden Menschen weiter zu vermitteln. Die Achsen der Komposition sind die Sonnenaufgänge während den verschiedenen Jahreszeiten zugewandt.
